Winter in Val di Sole Trentino

Thanks to its central position in Val di Sole, Croviana is in winter the ideal starting point to reach in a few minutes the ski lifts in Folgarida e Marilleva or in Madonna di Campiglio, Pejo and Passo del Tonale.

For your winter holidays or skiing- snowboard week-ends you can dispose of 140 km of perfectly, naturally or artificially, snow-covered slopes in the Stilfserjoch national park or in the Adamello natural park.

Professional skiing – snowboard instructors, ski- and snowboards renting service available. Very modern ski-lifts reachable in a few minutes by car or by the electrical “Trento-Marilleva” train which now arrives up to Marilleva 900. The train-stop in Croviana is scarcely 150 metres away from our apartments!

And for cross country skiing fans? If it snows a lot and also in the bottom of the valley , the nearest slope is right in Croviana, in the plain which estendes toward Monclassico; other slopes in Val di Sole are in Vermiglio, Commezzadura, Val di Rabbi, Val di Pejo and Passo Campo Carlo Magno (near Madonna di Campiglio).

You can play a lot of sports in Val di Sole: excursions with the snow shoes (ciaspole) in the Stelvio National Park, alpine skiing, ice-falls climbing, ice-skating and winter horse rides.
